ENCORE Mexico

My role at ENCORE Mexico was multifaceted. I was instrumental in developing the Creative Department and the Scenic Shop, while also playing a key role in the sales process. I was responsible for preparing proposals and on-site presentations, leveraging my creative expertise to enhance our sales efforts. Additionally, I created an overall creative communications vehicle for events, further contributing to our business development. Over the span of eight years, I led the development of the Creative team, fostering their growth and ensuring their alignment with our business goals.
